- Have a listen if you wanna know. Vets will either remember these tracks, recognize the remixes, or know the vocals. At the 9:10 mark, the MIXING of the top five pop era tracks are PRIMO. This is an early 1990s example of how New Jack Swing (the R&B sound elements) crossed over to American Pop. 29:10 - Notice the instrumental sample from Eddie Money, "Baby Hold On 1978."
- The era top 40 joints, B-side tracks, and Roxanne Shante old skool hip-hop singles solidify this ride. Vets will lol from the memories. Again....back then three-layered beats only needed a vocalist/lyricist. Oh....the sexual lyrics content? Just like now, ain't nuthin' changed, but the beats had more CATCHY melodies. (1 hr 17 mins - Rookies won't know these tracks)
yeah again...
